Delete your Sakha account

In the app (quickest)

1. Open Sakha and tap your profile picture to open Profile.
2. Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete account.

You're signed out straight away, and the account is deleted 30 days later. If you change your mind, just sign in again within those 30 days and your account is restored.

Without the app

If you can't use the app (for example, you've uninstalled it), email sakhaappofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Sakha account", and include:

• the phone number you sign in with, or
• the Google account email you sign in with (send the request from that email).

We'll check the account is yours, confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, preferences, reminder settings)
• Your chats with Krishna and your feedback on them
• Your mood check-ins, habits and reading history
• Your notification settings and device tokens
• App data on the phone you delete from, such as reflections, bookmarks and notes

Deleted data is removed from our systems, including backups, within a reasonable period after the 30 days.

What is kept

A limited record of the phone number or account used, kept only to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, so free trials can't be claimed again), and anything we must keep by law. See the Privacy Policy.
